You’ll need:
    •    Himalayan Salt (crystals, chunks, or bath salts)
    •    Candle (white or pink for cleansing and peace)
    •    Essential oil (lavender, eucalyptus, or frankincense)
    •    Quiet space
Steps:
    1.    Cleanse Your Space – Sprinkle Himalayan Salt around your space or use a salt lamp. Light the candle and take deep breaths.
    2.    Set Your Intention – Hold the salt and say:
“I release all negativity and invite cleansing, balance, and protection into my space and energy.”
    3.    Bath Option (Optional) – Add Himalayan Salt to warm water and soak, visualizing negative energy leaving your body and positive energy filling you.
