You’ll Need:
• Brecciated Jasper
• Essential oil (Patchouli, Cedarwood, or Vetiver)
• A candle (red, brown, or white)
• JournalSteps:
1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Place Brecciated Jasper over your root chakra or hold it in your hands.
3. Apply one drop of essential oil to your wrists or soles of your feet.
4. Light your candle and take 5 slow, grounding breaths.
5. Visualize roots growing from your feet into the Earth, anchoring you deeply.
6. Say aloud:
“I call my energy back into my body. I am safe, grounded, and supported.”
7. Journal using one of the prompts above.
