How do I access the Crystal Circle on my phone?

Step 1 – Download the Wix Spaces app

Download the Wix Spaces app onto your phone:
     iPhone (App Store)

     Android (Google Play)​​​

The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices.

Step 2 – Log in to your Wix account

Open the Wix Spaces app and log in using the same email address you used when creating your Wix account.

If you use a different email address from the one you previously used with Podia, that's absolutely fine. Just make sure you're logging into Wix with the email address connected to your new Crystal Circle membership.
 

Step 3 – Join the Crystal Studio UK site

Once you've logged in, you'll need to join the Crystal Studio UK site.

Use the invitation code below: 5IE4GO

Follow the prompts to join the site.

Step 4 – Find the Crystal Circle

Once you've joined the Crystal Studio UK site:

• Open the Wix Spaces app.

• Select Crystal Studio UK.

• Scroll across to Online Programs.

• Find Crystal Circle VIP Members.

• Click on Crystal Circle VIP Members.

• You can now access your Crystal Circle workshops, workbooks and other member resources.

You can return to the app whenever you want to continue your learning or access your resources.

I have downloaded the Wix Spaces app. What do I do next?

Open the app and log in using the email address connected to your Wix account. Then use the Crystal Studio UK invitation code provided above to join the site.

Once you've joined, go to Online Programs → Crystal Circle VIP Members.

I can't see the Crystal Circle VIP Members programme. What should I do?

First, check that:

• You are logged into the correct Wix account.

• You are using the email address connected to your Crystal Circle membership.

• You have joined the Crystal Studio UK site using the invitation code.

• Your Crystal Circle subscription is active.

If you've checked all of these and still can't see the programme, please ask for help in the Crystal Circle Facebook group.

I've joined Wix, but I can't access the resources.

If you've already paid for your Crystal Circle membership and believe your subscription is active, please don't worry.

Check that you're logged into Wix using the correct email address and that you've joined the Crystal Studio UK site.

If you still can't access your resources, please post in the Crystal Circle Facebook group and we'll help you get connected.

Can I use the Crystal Circle on my computer as well?

Yes! You can access the Crystal Circle from the Crystal Studio UK website on your computer.

Simply:

• Go to the Crystal Studio UK website.

• Log in to your Wix account.

• Click Crystal Circle in the website menu.

• Scroll down and select Join Here.

If you have an active Crystal Circle membership, you'll be able to access your available resources.

Can I use a different email address from my Podia account?

Yes. If you'd prefer to use a different email address when creating your Wix account, that's absolutely fine.

Just make sure you use your preferred email address when signing up to Wix and that your Crystal Circle membership is connected to that account.

If you're unsure whether your membership is connected correctly, please ask in the Crystal Circle Facebook group.

Do I need to download the Wix Spaces app?

No, the app isn't essential. You can access the Crystal Circle through the Crystal Studio UK website on your computer or phone.

However, we recommend the Wix Spaces app as it makes accessing your Crystal Circle from your phone much easier.

Can I access the workshops and workbooks through the app?

Yes! Once you have an active Crystal Circle membership and are connected to the Crystal Circle VIP Members, you can access your available workshops, videos, workbooks and other resources through the Wix Spaces app.

I haven't subscribed to the Crystal Circle on Wix yet. Can I still access the programme?

You need to have an active Crystal Circle subscription to access the members-only resources.

If you've cancelled your Podia subscription but haven't yet joined through Wix, please use the Crystal Circle sign-up link:

Where should I ask if I have a question about the migration?

If your question is about moving from Podia to Wix, accessing your membership, cancelling your Podia subscription, joining Wix, or using the Wix Spaces app, please post your question in the Crystal Circle Facebook group.

Once you've successfully joined Wix, you can also use the Crystal Circle VIP Members private group for member support and community.

Please don't contact the Crystal Studio directly about the migration, as the transition is being managed remotely and the studio team won't be able to assist with Podia or Wix queries.
